Refund policy
Unopened and unused products can be returned within 30 days with original proof of purchase to:

Within 5 business days of receipt of the goods a full refund will be issued back to the same payment method that was used for the original purchase. Please note that refunds can take a few business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
Refund timing depends on the payment method used:
- Credit/debit cards: typically 5–10 business days to appear on the customer's statement, though some banks process it faster.
- Shopify Payments: refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days.
- PayPal: generally 3–5 business days.
- Gift cards: instant — the funds are returned to the gift card immediately.
- Store credit: instant.
The refund is initiated on Shopify's end right away, but the actual time for the customer to see it depends on their bank or payment provider.
If the item was purchased on sale, the refund amount will match the sale price.
The shipping cost for returns is the customer's responsibility. Prepaid return labels may be issued if the product is found to be faulty or if the order was not fulfilled correctly. Please contact us at 800-784-8212 if customer service support is needed.
If you purchased at a store or have ordered Naturcolor products through an online retailer such as Amazon.com, you must follow their return policy and request your return through the same business that you purchased from.
